- Delta submits proposal for cost study.
- Delta & client sign cooperation agreement & confidentiality agreement.
- Client gives Delta copy of current vendor agreement(s) and recent invoices.
- Client gives Delta a letter of authorization to negotiate on the client's behalf.
- Delta analyzes agreement(s), and gives the client a preliminary cost report, which describes the client's current cost situation and estimates saving potential.
- Client decides at this point to continue with the project, or not.
- If continue, Delta performs comprehensive market research and negotiates preliminary agreements on behalf of the client.
- The findings of the comprehensive research are presented to client with recommended course of action.
- Client decides if he wants implement Delta's recommendations or not.
- If Delta's ideas are implemented, then the cost savings are monitored for a period of time and Delta receives a percentage of the savings.
